I envisoned a cross between Marvin the Martian but a lot more deadly (no Illudium PU36 Space Modulator) and perhaps that guy from X-Men. His name escape sme now. The Patrick Stewart guy who can track people down with his mind. Magneto. No, that's the other guy. Anyway, you really don't want to be on Razor's bad side. He's the leader of the army of Peacekeepers I'm building. The world's a crazy place and we need people like him and his army to shake things up a bit.
